I use these 4 or 5 days a week and they have helped me so much. I have a little home gym and do not have a lot of weights so these were a great affordable substitute. Love the large size range. They have great stretch and have have not seen anything wrong with them yet such as pulled parts or cuts. I’ve had these for about 3 months. Overall great quality and loved the color.

I don’t think I fully realized what a valuable find these were until I explored other bands. So far, these are top shelf and comparable to quality bands at a much higher price. I have had mine for over two years and they’re still going strong. They are used in our house for a variety of strength training, rehab and prehab exercises, and they get used daily. I can’t recommend enough. Whenever we decide we want an additional band (say to add more weight via another kettlebell to our bamboo bar), we just buy another set of these. I can’t recommend enough and personally believe everyone should have two sets of these in their home. And “The Modern Art and Science of Mobility” and “Rebuilding Milo” for guidance.

I used these on my vacation and they provided the perfect resistance. The bands are really durable and I was able to switch between muscle groups with ease. The next day, I was so sore. I definitely was not expecting to feel soreness after a band workout. These are a good addition to the home gym if you’re in a smaller space.

Having bought numerous sets of bands, let us be your trial run. These are some of the best bands out there. We added these to our home gym and have been very pleased. It is hard to fund a band that withstands the Texas heat and the everyday use. They have been withstanding everything we throw at them. We especially like how high quality they look and feel compared to other resistant bands out there!
