This unit offers a variety of settings and performs extremely well. The quality and assortment of pads and instructions is very impressive. It also is rechargeable which is a plus. What’s great about this unit also is that when back pain or muscle pain happens you can start to treat it immediately.

I’ve never used a TENS unit before, but recently I’ve been suffering from nerve pain. It was recommended that I try one of these devices. I did a lot of research and chose this one based on reviews and price. While it hasn’t had much effect on my nerve pain, I don’t think it’s any fault of the device. The unit is very well packaged, well designed, well built, easy to use and incredibly powerful. I can only use it at the lower settings. The adhesive pads are surprisingly good. I shaved my leg thinking it would stick to my hair (like a bandage). Well, that was not necessary. Even though the pads stick incredibly well, they somehow pull away from hair with ease and leave no greasy residue on your skin. I honestly don’t know how they do it. I hope they hold up to the promised 45 plus uses as constantly buying replacement pads would be my only concern due to the cost of them. The batter on this thing is amazing. One of the most popular models on Amazon uses a 9v D battery. I did not want to have to constantly replace expensive batteries. This unit uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and despite using it for about 10 hours, the battery level indicator has not dropped at all. Charging is easy with the included USB cable and charger. The only thing that could use some work is the manual. Although they are well written in perfect English and include color pictures, they do not explain what the different settings are. You just have to experiment with each one, but honestly, that’s part of the fun of using it. On low settings, the sensation of using a tens unit actually feels nice, like a message. On higher settings, it can actually be painful and can contract the muscles. This unit is well designed in that it always remembers what mode you were using and every time you change modes, it drops you to zero power level so you can gradually move it up. This is important because some modes are more aggressive than others. So while level 5 might be tolerable for one, it may not be for another. One more very minor gripe is the power switch seems backward. Off is on the right and on is switching it to the left. This is the opposite of what most devices do. Overall, very good unit.

Bought this for our son to use being he is a catcher in high school. So his shoulder is always tired and sore. The unit is simple to use and works great so far. It is also very nice to recharge the unit vs having to buy batteries for it. If you are in the market for one, I would suggest using this unit.

I ordered this unit for use with my shoulder. I’ve been struggling with shoulder pain for over a year now and trying various forms of rehab. During my rehab I’ve discovered that my body has decided to guard my muscles in my back and use compensating muscles in the front of my shoulder instead.I got this unit to try to help start firing my rear shoulder muscles which have completely stopped working. While I’d prefer to not have gel pads since these things become a subscription service to future bills the unit itself was so cheap that I couldn’t pass up trying it.The pads stick very well and I get many uses of each pad. The wires connect up easy enough to the pad and the unit itself is powerful enough to more than fire the muscles. My only complaint is the odd pictures on the unit’s display to know what the heck each mode is even supposed to do. It’s easy enough to switch between them to try. Overall, I’m very happy with the unit, and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. If I can hit the muscles in my back just right It greatly relieves the pain and leaves me pain-free for a while afterwards.

I had a really expensive TENS machine before this one and it died within a few months. I bought this since I needed one and wasn’t going to spend big money again. I am SO HAPPY with this machine! It’s powerful and has a long lasting battery. For chronic conditions I use my TENS machine as a pain blocker but it works wonders with stiff muscles or on your neck/shoulders when you sleep in a wonky position. It has a lot of choices so you are bound to find one you like.. And it’s fun for drinking games, too…

Works very well and has a nice small footprint. Rechargeable so no need to replace batteries or worry about battery corrosion. Runs for many hours on a single charge. I was so happy with the unit I ordered another for my friend. The electrode pads are good quality too. Two channels can be used at one time.

Easy to use. You can use 4 pads at the same time. Each pair can be set on different modes & intensity. Rechargable and lasts a very long time – mine arrived fully charged, I’ve used it at least a dozen times and haven’t had to recharge it yet. I love it! I bught two others to offer as gifts!!
