So much easier to use when I need a loop band than the standard ribbon bands. And much more comfortable. They stay flat and don’t roll up and they stay in place.

I was using the rubbery strips my physical therapist gave me for my knee exercises and hated how they bunched up, loosened or came untied in the middle of my reps. The variety of strengths in this set is just what I needed. I have color-coded my exercises with the strength of band appropriate, and can move up or down in strength based on my progress. I was looking for a resistance bands that don’t roll and these are the ones. Designed for small movement resistance, these come in 5 strengths. Heavier stretch material, they don’t roll or pinch my skin and they stay in place. I highly recommend these bands for small movement resistance.

Good shipping, price, great colors, therapist approved, and can take on and off , not like a rubber band that sticks and grads everything when you take it off and on. Down size is the buckel.is difficult to open and load when you snap it closed. Would buy again.

I’m so glad I bought a set of bands that had more than 3 resistance levels. The 5 variety resistances in this set accomplishes the goal of having a perfect resistance level available for any of of my exercises. The extra-light level is still usable for me with one of my exercises, but I wish it had a smaller circumference so it stays put above me knees better. The resistance jump between the heavy and extra-heavy is a bit dramatic, but that’s why I’m glad to have 5 variety resistances!

Got these bands to continue PT exercises at home. They’re the same bands used at the drs office. Only complaint is that they’re abrasive on bare skin. So when they’re wrapped around your ankles you need to wear socks or they’ll give you a good raspberry.
